About the Role:

Project Oversight: Manage multiple construction projects, including refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients and senior management, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.Sales & Lead Conversion: Follow up on sales leads, convert them into projects, and maintain strong interpersonal connections with clients.Commercial Management: Take full responsibility for project budgets, cost planning, subcontractor coordination, and financial control.Team & Resource Coordination: Oversee internal labor programs, manage move and fit-out activities, and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.

About You:

Fit-Out Project Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing office fit-out projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.Project Management Skills: Strong background in overseeing complex projects, including planning, execution, and team coordination.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of architectural and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) systems.Team Leadership: Experience managing multiple site teams across various locations.Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
