Position: Project Manager
Location: Aiken, South Carolina 
Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 Annually

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects with a focus on Department of Energy (DOE) and large-scale municipal work. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction and a commitment to safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with contract requirements and company standards. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee project setup, including contract review, cost coding, and budget alignment. Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, PCOs, quantities, and equipment. Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, including invoice approvals. Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Submit timely pay applications and manage accounts receivable. Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. Participate in internal planning and performance measurement processes.
Qualifications Required: DOE project experience Roadwork and/or heavy civil construction experience Willingness to travel on a per diem basis Valid driver’s license Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Must successfully complete a background check Preferred: Federal or Department of Defense (DoD) project experience Familiarity with NQA-1 standards
