Project Manager/Roofing-Parking lots/PavingRESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIsIdentify issues in scope and communicate with the team/contractors for resolutionIdentify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channelsMaintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customerTypically quote and place orders for brand conversion projectsMaintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questionsCollaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issuesStay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by the team, brand, and supervisorsUse internal systems/reporting for most project initiativesContribute to a positive company and team culture, and other duties as assigned

COMMUNICATIONProvide clear and concise written communicationFacilitate communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reportsRead, analyze, and interpret documentsRespond effectively to sensitive inquiriesVerbally communicate effectively with clients/customersShare expertise, best practices, and lessons learned clearly to foster learning and promote knowledgeEscalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues

QUALIFICATIONSParking lot/Pavement and Roofing maintenanceExperience in Service Channel and vendor movementAdvanced Excel skillsMinimum of 3 years experience in Project Management in constructionExperience in multi-site retail projectsAbility to successfully coordinate multiple staff of different levelsGeneral business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project managementStrong analytical/problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environmentEDUCATIONBS or BA Degree, or similar experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteCAPM or PMP certification a plus

Pay Range:

72,000.00 - 108,000.00
