Kforce's client in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to join their growing team focused on technical software delivery. Summary: This role supports a portfolio of complex programs spanning architecture, DevOps, tooling, and QA automation, including offshore components. The successful candidate will work closely with product, design, data, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to drive delivery from early discovery through to completion in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for assigned feature or journey-focused programs within a portfolio * Coordinate across embedded internal teams (product, design, data, engineering) and external stakeholders * Facilitate early discovery, define technical and product requirements, and develop comprehensive delivery plans * Drive dependency mapping and manage cross-team coordination in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall (-Wagile-) environment * Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through executive presentations and reports * Adapt flexibly to shifting priorities and workloads while maintaining strong collaboration and communication * Support transition from legacy tools to MS Project alongside JIRA and MS Office for project reporting * Contribute to continuous process improvements and -swarm- as needed to resolve delivery challenges
