Responsibilities: • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Oversee all construction phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress. • Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective strategies. • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting clear communication and accountability. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and building codes. • Monitor project costs and financial performance to ensure adherence to budgetary goals. • Provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. • Coordinate procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources. • Manage job costing and accounting for construction projects to ensure accuracy Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. • Proven ability to manage project plans, budgets, and schedules effectively. • Familiarity with job costing and accounting practices in construction. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
