Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our new installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timeline, budget, and resources needed for new equipment installations.

Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. 🚀

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns. 🤝

Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure installations meet high standards and specifications.

Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment. 🦺

Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and report on project performance.

Requirement

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in elevators and escalators industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
