Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project management by developing project plans, allocating resources, executing plans, maintaining consistent communication with project team members and customers, conducting status reviews, and delivering agreed-upon results. The role involves managing and communicating project changes that may affect budget or schedule and providing end-to-end execution oversight for all projects. The Project Manager supports project teams of engineers and fabrication technicians in all aspects of project execution, serves as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, ensures customer requirements are met, manages client relationships and expectations, and identifies future engagement opportunities. Additionally, the Project Manager identifies the need for and implements service improvements to enhance Project & Program Management service capabilities within the organization. The role also involves formulating strategies, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance. The Project Manager prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers, and communicates with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, allocate resources, execute plans, and maintain consistent communication with project team members and customers.Conduct status reviews and deliver agreed-upon results.Manage and communicate project changes that may impact budget or schedule.Oversee end-to-end execution for all projects.Support project teams of engineers and fabrication technicians in all aspects of project execution.Serve as the primary customer day-to-day contact and ensure customer requirements are met.Manage client relationships and expectations and identify future engagement opportunities.Identify the need for and implement service improvements to enhance Project & Program Management service capabilities.Formulate strategies, improve performance, procure materials and resources, and secure compliance.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.Communicate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.Maintain a neat and organized work area for efficient access to project information.Essential SkillsProject management experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing environments.Experience with vision systems such as Cognex/Keyence.Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience managing a teamMinimum of 3 years of project management experience.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $64.90/hr.
