CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager position for our client in St. Louis, MO. Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 9 months Duties: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business and technology initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track deliverables using appropriate tools Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, updates, and reporting Ensure that projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements Facilitate meetings, coordinate resources, and manage third-party vendors as needed Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Strong understanding of Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and tools Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience: 5+ years of experience managing IT and/or business-related projects Proven track record of successful project delivery from initiation to closure Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
