PwC’s Products & Technology team designs, develops and scales products to help our internal and external clients lead the next phase of their digital evolution. We support the PwC business specialists to build products connected to a purpose. Process improvement, business transformation, effective use of innovative technology and data & analytics, and leveraging alternative delivery solutions are key components. Our products tackle the real challenges our clients face today, and unlock new opportunities for future growth. 

Our digital product teams aim to reimagine the possible: based on client centricity, agile delivery and startup thinking. 

We are looking for a Project Manager to integrate our Transformation Office within our Product and Technology team. 

Your impact 

As a project manager, you’ll make an impact by: 

Successfully managing the delivery of a set of Technology projects across diverse business domains, ensuring every day is driven in the right direction. 

Leveraging your expertise in project management techniques while championing the agile mindset to optimize project outcomes. 

Effectively planning and prioritizing project milestones to ensure proper resource planning and timely and efficient delivery. 

Mentoring project teams and removing roadblocks, ensuring optimal utilization of organizational resources for efficient project execution. 

Empowering your team by fostering engagement and ensuring meaningful contributions are made by each member. 

Transparently communicating project progress to leadership in a factual and clear manner. 

Encouraging a sustainable work pace that balances high productivity with quality standards.

About you 

You have over 5 years of experience in project management, thriving in roles that require strong leadership and initiative. 

You're known for being a team player who excels in taking the initiative. 

You possess strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of general technology concepts, particularly with SaaS and Web application implementations. 

You have exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and team management. 

You are experienced in applying both waterfall and agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enterprise-level projects. 

You are fluent in English allowing you to lead in multilingual environments. 

You see every challenge as an opportunity for growth and are keen to continue learning and developing.
