Job Description
This role involves overseeing the ingestion and mapping of HRIS, ATS, and compensation data into ChartHop, ensuring secure and accurate data integration while customizing platform features to meet client-specific use cases. The successful candidate will coordinate with technical teams, facilitate regular status updates, and manage change requests with transparency and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the ingestion and mapping of HRIS, ATS, and compensation data into ChartHop.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure and accurate data integration.Customize platform features to meet client-specific use cases, such as org charts and headcount planning.Facilitate regular status updates, risk assessments, and milestone reviews with clients and internal teams.Manage change requests and scope adjustments with transparency and efficiency.Deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure client teams are confident using ChartHop.Essential SkillsExperience in ChartHop implementation, particularly in compensation and performance management.3–5 years of experience in HR tech implementations.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools for project tracking.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced or startup environment.Planning and organizational skills.Compensation analysis and transformations.Experience with HRIS.Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from home. Candidates local to NYC are preferred for the potential to convert to a full-time employee (FTE). There is an exciting opportunity to support a rapidly expanding startup news organization and work alongside C-suite executives.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
