I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing digital consultancy that partners with well-known brands to deliver high-impact eCommerce and digital transformation projects. They’re looking for a confident Project Manager to join their team and lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects across web and platform development.
The Role:
You’ll own the successful delivery of multiple eCommerce projects – scoping, planning, and coordinating internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, to spec, and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into clear delivery plans, supported by a Senior Project Manager and wider technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage eCommerce project delivery from discovery to deployment Work directly with clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics Lead internal cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment Track progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed Handle change requests, budgets, invoices, and reporting Drive high-quality documentation and continuous improvement Support retrospectives and knowledge sharing across the delivery teamEssential (Must Have):
Proven experience delivering digital or eCommerce projects Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies Good understanding of the software development lifecycle Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Able to influence without formal authorityDesirable:
