Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects in the following industries: Cement, Pulp & Paper, and Mining. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Mexico City and Merida.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.



Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical,  Electrical, or similar Engineering  

At minimum of five (5) years of experience managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects

Experience in industrial and/or utilities markets is required. 

Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, financial analysis, schedules and vendors/subcontractors. 

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills 

Fluent in English and Spanish

Project Management PMP designation is desired.
