THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD
The **Project Manager** is the primary point of contact with the client for all efforts performed under the program from inception through completion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical expertise and services following BLS policies and procedures
+ Work directly with key customer contacts to facilitate all assigned services
+ Supervisory responsibilities for hiring, performance management, timesheet keeping and approval.
+ Responsible for the successful performance and day-to-day management of projects, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
+ Primary liaison with the Government customer.
+ Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your team members, vendors, management and other departments
+ Monitor and reports program execution status with company leadership.
+ Evaluate program labor hour execution against contractual performance criteria then analyze, recommend, and report findings on a regular basis.
+ Establish and monitor detailed workflows and resourcing plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and manage progress with confidence.
+ Review, approve, and report project resources allocation and correlating invoice processing.
+ Foresee a project's obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them
+ Provide weekly status reports capturing progress and issues with proposed solutions
+ Provide proposal writing and editing expertise to Proposal Management team on federal government procurement opportunities.
+ Attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings as required
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum five (5) years of relevant and recent project manager experience
+ Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification Preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Experience with Microsoft office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
+ Experience with management of task-order-based contracts including GSA Preferred
+ Experience with managing the work of others
+ Experience working with DelTek and CostPoint Preferred
+ Experience with employee selection process Preferred
+ Experience managing SCA contract employees Preferred
