Job Description
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that organizational projects are executed efficiently and effectively, leading to successful outcomes that align with strategic goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex project landscapes while managing resources and timelines. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. By conducting feasibility studies and utilizing business intelligence, the Project Manager will make informed decisions that drive project success. Ultimately, this role is crucial for delivering projects on time and within budget, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the operations.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to achieve project objectives and foster a positive working environment.Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and make data-driven recommendations.Utilize Microsoft Project and other Microsoft technologies to plan, track, and report on project progress.Deliver effective presentations to stakeholders, providing updates and insights on project status and outcomes.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.Develop and deploy project management tools, principles, and skill sets throughout the organization.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Five or more years of experience leading projects in a fast-paced environment.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Strong understanding and attention to resource management and budget control.Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in deploying ERP or other software platforms for maximum usability.Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.Experience with managed services and warehouse management systems.Familiarity with business intelligence tools and methodologies.Excellent presentation skills.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
