Responsibilities: + Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. + Lead projects through all stages, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. + Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project success. + Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of assets. + Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. + Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project quality and scope adherence. + Oversee adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. + Facilitate client engagement and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives. + Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives. + Stay informed on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into project management processes. Requirements + Prior Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience requiring attention to detail. + Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in client management, including handling conversations and maintaining relationships.
