Description:
On a typical day you will:
• Lead team meetings and monitor project performance.
• Manage the project critical path with an emphasis on speed.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, technical, and cost risks.
• Prepare and deliver milestone reviews to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with functional managers to create schedules and secure resources.
• Establish KPIs and facilitate target setting.
• Lead teams to develop clear project and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop strong business cases.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with New Product Development, commercial products, schedule management, budget management, negotiation
• Understand and routinely apply all elements of the Project Management Process Groups and Knowledge Areas as defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Team leadership experience
• Experience working with suppliers/3rd parties
• Sound engineering understanding/background
• MS Office applications including MS Project
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
