Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in technology deployment, or project management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industries. Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday. vendor management · Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software.  · Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry.
