Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new equipment Project Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and management
of volume installation / construction projects within the Ho Chi Minh territory, reporting to Senior Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and review the loading forecast, completion schedule, Manpower rolling plan.

Attend tender meetings, review tender documents, prepare R&Q, Scope of work.

Review contract documents and assign engineer for kick off meeting.

Review and submit completion schedule to customers.

Give the support to the government tester and internal QC staffs.

Solve defect/ outstanding list.

Regularly reporting project status and highlight potential problems.

Participating the site activities such as site coordination with subcontractors, builders, and consultant…

Ensures that the projects are implemented effectively to achieve the profitability target and/or not to exceed the cost limit

Coordinate teams of Installation Supervisors and Fitters, and subcontracted staff

Supervise the execution of works, materials, assemblies, and documentation

Directly supervision routine works of Site Supervisor

Monitor in-progressing installation, inspection, final check to ensure the lift installation quality in line with company requirement.

Monitor safe working practices, conduct Fatality Prevention Audit for the project, take corrective actions for finding issues and follow up till all closed.

Job Requirements

Possseses a Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Engineering, Automation or any related field

Has experience in the fields of elevator for at least 8 to 10 years of experience.

A holder of Supervisory Level 1 certificate

Good ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.

A good understanding of safety procedures.

Good project management & organizational skills.

Able to communicate English well and apply MS Offices
