Job Description Summary

We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Project Manager to deliver high-impact retail, commercial, and industrial projects across both government and private sectors. Based in Melbourne, you’ll be at the forefront of complex developments overseeing everything from early planning through to execution and post-project review.

Due to the nature of the client, Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Engage with key stakeholders including clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams

Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate risks

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and contractual obligations

Manage procurement and contract administration

Prepare and present project reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For

A strong track record in delivering commercial, retail, or industrial projects

Experience in both government and private sector environments

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Degree-qualified in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

A deep understanding of the construction of Melbourne and regulatory landscape

Additional Requirements

Australian Citizenship (non-negotiable due to client requirements)
