Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion. + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope. + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. + Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of work. + Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. + Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. + Review project documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders. + Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. + Facilitate effective communication between clients, field crews, architects, engineers, and suppliers. + Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. + Manage project documentation and maintain organized records. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in estimating or a related role in the construction industry. + Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required for consideration + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. + Proficiency with estimating software + Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. + Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple estimates and deadlines. + Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
