Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Maryland Heights, MO. Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to support our Data Management and Big Data initiatives. This individual will play a key role in leading 1-2 high-impact projects-depending on their skill set and experience-and will collaborate closely across technical and business teams. The exact projects will be aligned with the selected candidate's strengths and capabilities. This is a mid-to-senior level role requiring strong ownership, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, hybrid environment blending Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities: * Independently manage and drive 1-2 projects within the Data Management/Big Data space * Own and deliver key project artifacts: status reports, metrics, documentation, meeting minutes * Identify, escalate, and resolve project conflicts while maintaining positive relationships across teams * Adjust approach based on project type-ranging from highly technical with deep dependencies to more lightweight delivery-focused efforts * Collaborate and integrate with adjacent teams, ensuring open lines of communication and transparency * Deliver presentations and updates to leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner Lead day-to-day project activities including: * Running and facilitating stand-ups and sprint ceremonies * Coordinating cross-functional calls * Proactively tracking status and follow-ups * Communicating with leadership and partner teams
