The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a new Project Manager to join our Operations in the UAM business within our Energy and Utilities unit. This role will lead the successful delivery of one of our major contracts within the WA portfolio, ensuring all inspection and maintenance programs are executed safely, on time, and to specification. This role holds full accountability for contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while managing commercial outcomes, risk, and quality. 

The Project Manager is also responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, and ensuring that operational delivery aligns with both Downer and the clients standards and strategic objectives.

What we are looking for 

Current “C Class” WA Drivers Licence Certificate IV – Leadership and Management (Preferred) Certificate IV – Project Management Trade or Tertiary qualification in Construction/Utilities/Electrical industry or similar highly desirable Minimum 3 year experience in all aspects of the management & planning of field operations desirable Minimum 8 years’ experience within the industry, particularly within electrical/power and /or heavy industry
