Contract Operations plays an increasingly important role in our business.

The unit’s goal is to strengthen governance and the multidisciplinary capabilities in service projects, in house and at onshore and offshore sites around the world.

We have a position available as Contract Operations Manager (COM) for our Service Agreements for ConocoPhillips asset Ekofisk.

Are you our new Contract Operations Manager?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, customer and service minded individual that can contribute to both the Service Agreements and in our project management team.

As a Contract Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of one of our Service Agreements. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Contract Operations Management team and ensure that all related activities are carried out in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, health and safety requirements, quality standards, financial targets, and timely delivery.

You will report internally to the Head of Service Delivery and functionally to the Head of Service Agreements. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Account Managers in the sales department.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can see the big picture for the service contract, and is dedicated to improving the contract for the customer and ABB. You will collaborate with the customer and account management to build a yearly strategy, seeking opportunities, and executing project tasks.

As a Contract Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while leading the service agreement team. Additionally, you will be exposed to a wide range of challenges, which will enable you to broaden your problem-solving abilities. You will also gain deep understanding of a key element of ABB’s long term service business. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
