Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in managing healthcare or medical office building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a experience as a general contractor and/or construction manager, capable of overseeing projects from start to finish. The role requires the ability to create a comprehensive plan of action, taking into account fixed timelines and risk evaluation. You must be adept at managing people and communicating effectively. A strong knowledge of multiple delivery methods is preferred.

ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee complete projects as an Owner's Representative for active hospital facility or medical office building construction.Implement budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.Manage project budgets effectively.Handle contract management and negotiations.Develop a detailed plan of action including schedules, resources, and work plans.Assess risks and establish contingency plans.Coordinate and manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.Engage in high-level client interactions.Essential Skills6+ years of experience as a Project Manager is critical.Experience in acute care hospital and OSHPD facilities.Strong communication skills.Proven ability to deliver completed projects.High level of experience with Project Management and Scheduling Software.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Experience in managing healthcare or medical office building construction projects.Knowledge of multiple delivery methods (GMP, D/B, LLB, CMAR, etc.).Work Environment

The role is based in Salinas, CA, with a requirement to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The position is full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Ideal candidate has experience in managing healthcare or medical office building construction projects, as a general contractor and/or construction manager, from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks, along with experience managing people, as well as be an effective communicator. Knowledge and experience with multiple delivery methods preferred (i.e. Lump Sum, GMP, D/B, LLB, CMAR, etc.)
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
6+ years of experience as PM critical
Experience working in acute care hospital and OSHPD facilities
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills
Experience working with a team
High level of experience with Project Management and Scheduling Software, as well as MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
