**About Content Factory**
Content Factory is a specialist capability within Publicis Production, dedicated to the digital enablement and deployment of marketing content—particularly for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Acting as a global content hub, the Content Factory supports a wide range of markets by delivering high-quality, modular content production and Veeva/Salesforce-enabled assets, while ensuring compliance, consistency, and agility. Our model focuses on automation, localization, and smart reuse of assets, allowing teams to deliver with precision while continuously upskilling in digital tools and platforms.
**Overview**
We are currently looking for a mid-level Technical Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of project management experience and a strong understanding of typical industry operating standards. This role is perfect for someone committed to delivering excellence and creating user-friendly digital solutions.
**Responsibilities**
**Communication** : Proficiency in English for effective communication with
stakeholders at all levels.
**Industry Knowledge** : Previous experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry is a
bonus but not required.
**Project Ownership** : Lead and supervise the entire project lifecycle, from inception to
completion, managing each phase closely.
**Day-to-Day Operations** : Oversee project operations, including updating statuses and
regular follow-ups on open tasks and actions.
**Stakeholder Management** : Maintain active communication with all project
stakeholders, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and requests for necessary actions
or data.
**Relationship Building** : Establish and maintain trust relationships with clients and
internal stakeholders (Technical PMs, Project Directors, Technical Managers).
**Tech Platform Expertise** : Proficiency in working with platforms such as Veeva,
Salesforce, or similar.
**Project Management Tools** : Utilize JIRA or equivalent project management tools to
coordinate with development and QA teams.
**Communication Bridge** : Act as a liaison between clients and development teams,
facilitating transparent and productive communication.
**Issue Resolution** : Resolve project-related challenges to ensure timely delivery and
adherence to project timelines.
**SLAs and Prioritization** : Evaluate and prioritize Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
based on project deadlines and market demands.
**Cost Monitoring** : Regularly monitor and adjust project costs to ensure alignment
with the project scope.
**Multitasking and Prioritization** : Proficiently handle multiple tasks while ensuring
priorities are managed effectively.
**Proactive Problem Solving** : Show self-direction, proactive problem-solving skills, and
accountability in managing projects.
**Strong Interpersonal Skills** : Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication
abilities for effective collaboration.
**Organizational Prowess** : Exhibit thoroughness, motivation, and attention to detail,
ensuring that all project aspects are meticulously managed.
**Continuous Learning** : Maintain an openness to learning and actively seek growth
opportunities.
**Innovation and Best Practices** : Apply best practices and contemporary trends to
develop innovative solutions to project challenges and roadblocks.
**Qualifications**
**Required** :
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in project management.
+ Business fluency in Japanese (written and verbal)
+ Business fluency in English (written and verbal).
+ Experience with project management tools like JIRA or similar.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
+ Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
**Preferred** :
+ Previous experience in the Pharma/ Healthcare industry (not required).
+ Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
+ Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cost management.
+ Knowledge of best practices in digital content creation and project management.
