Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to drive projects from concept through to production, with a particular focus on manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in regulated environments and a strong background in managing project lifecycles and product introductions.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute project plans, revising them as necessary to meet project needs and status.Define and manage projects of small to moderate scope.Facilitate and coordinate activities and tasks involving project scope, schedule, and budget.Facilitate the definition of quality and risk, and manage the project accordingly.Track status and metrics related to project delivery, including scope, schedule, and budget.Resolve and/or escalate project-related issues promptly.Manage communications, expectations, and interactions with all departments and internal stakeholders.Deliver informative, well-organized presentations on project status and selected project topics.Track lessons learned and share with team members.Essential Skills3+ years of experience as a project manager or project engineer.Experience working in regulated environments, such as medical device, aerospace, or automotive industries.Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to close.Experience working with suppliers and handling product launches.Demonstrated ability to prepare formal project documents for project execution.Effective use of project management practices to plan and manage projects.Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, technical resources, and stakeholders.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with project documentation, scope, and manufacturing.Strong communication skills for delivering presentations and managing stakeholder expectations.Work Environment
This position is based in an onsite office setting, with potential access to laboratory and manufacturing floors. The company offers a strong team culture, providing options for onsite workout classes and RTD passes for commuting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.
