Kforce has a client that is working with a client in search of a Project Manager to join their team. This position is full-time, direct hire and based near Lionville, PA. Overview: This position leads and manages basic projects. The Project Manager will work with PMO Leadership to create and optimize the ACR project methodology. This position is responsible for leading projects through the entire project lifecycle (including requirements gathering, planning, design/build/development, implementation, and hyper-care support). They will be responsible for resource management, quality of deliverables, delivering projects on-time, on-budget with the assistance of other PMO members. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and the Project Manager ensures all stakeholders are coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. This position must demonstrate the ability to provide matrix leadership across functional teams, lead basic projects to successful completion, evaluate data and understand basic technical topics. Success requires a combination of strong technical competency and the ability to lead and influence across functional groups.
