We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in co-ordinating and managing the delivery of Lifecycle, Modification and Minor Works projects. Reporting to Executive Manager – Hard FM, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
This is a 12 month max term contract.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Work autonomously to meet required timelines and outputs for multiple projects.Pro-actively seek and maintain collaborative working relationships with peers, management, and customers to deliver results.Create and review business cases.Have a clear understanding and control of project budgets, risks, and issues and report these to relevant steering committees or leadership as required.Manage the appropriate delivery model and risk for each project to ensure it is delivered in the most effective manner.What You’ll Bring
Extensive applied experience in project management, with a focus on facility modifications, minor works, or construction.Demonstrated experience implementing projects and programs to budget and in a timely manner.Experience effecting business change to ensure projects are accepted by the business and deliver expected business value.Advanced stakeholder management, communication, resilience, and influencing ability.Strong understanding of risk management in the project delivery context.More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
