Project Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in managing the overall delivery and coordination of projects to ensure all life cycle delivery targets are met. Reporting to the Asset & Lifecycle Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Delivering Lifecycle Projects, Modifications, Minor Works, and supporting Planned Preventive Maintenance systems administrator with QFM and PPM programs. Managing the integrity and functionality of the building fabric, building services, utility systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Ensuring the provision of ancillary services such as grounds and gardens maintenance, carpark systems, and artwork conservation. Planning, procuring, implementing, and commissioning works to agreed timelines and budgets. Periodically reviewing subcontractor work orders to ensure consistent pricing and quality.

 

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or technical expertise in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical or similar. Extensive post-qualification experience in the building/service industry. Comprehensive understanding of scope of works development and whole-of-life principles. Technical knowledge in construction, building maintenance, asset management. Well-developed computer literacy skills, experience.
