Project Manager
Actalent is Hiring an Engineer With Project Management Experience!Job Description

Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.

ResponsibilitiesOversee equipment selection, facility modifications, and process implementation for new manufacturing lines or upgrades.Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Support validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new equipment and processes.Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).3–7 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility design.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsPMP Certification strongly preferred.Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Familiarity with ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools.Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks.Work Environment

This position operates in an onsite environment from Monday to Friday, primarily in the office with a dedicated workspace or cubicle. However, the majority of time will be spent on the production floor, in planning meetings, and interacting with cross-functional teams. The work setting is collaborative and innovative, promoting a mission-driven focus on health and wellness.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $55.29/hr.
