Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects in New York City. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing NYC projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and client preferences.

ResponsibilitiesLead project design, drawing production, coordination, and construction administration.Mentor junior staff and report to management.Review DOB objections and ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and design intent.Manage consultants on building projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, expeditors, lighting, and acoustical consultants.Oversee construction administration tasks, including handling RFIs, ASIs, and drawing review submittals.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of architectural experience with at least 2 years managing NYC projects.Proficiency in Revit, including plug-ins such as Enscape.Knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software.Familiarity with NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in interior design is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, changing environment.Work Environment

The work environment is a beautiful open space located in a Downtown Brooklyn high rise with 360-degree views of the city. The office consists of 35 people and is a tight-knit team, offering growth opportunities and direct collaboration with leadership and partners. The schedule includes working Monday to Thursday in the office, with Fridays from home. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
