How You Will Do It

 

Drive large projects and programs together with senior management team in the fields of:

Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling, bringing strategies to life and enabling agile organizational set-upsMarketing & Sales: Supporting business with state-of-the-art pricing, marketing & sales concepts and strategies Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementationPost-Merger Integration / Carve Out: Managing mid to large scale acquisitions and divestmentsChange Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives

 

What We Look For

 

Bachelor Degree in Business or other related disciplines2-5 years of full-time professional experience in a global top tier management or strategy consulting firmExperience in managing projects in one or more of the following: Strategy, EBIT/ Profit improvement, Operating model and organizational development, Innovation, Sales / Commercial Excellence, M&A /PMIPrevious experience in chemicals, materials or industrials (B2B) is beneficial. Proven expertise in project management methods as well as consulting methodologies and approachesExperience in working with multiple key stakeholders including senior management in a multinational work environment Open-minded and inclusive attitude, reliable team playerInter culturally oriented, with excellent communication skills
