Project Manager
Description The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Project Manager will support world-class EHS performance across assigned regions by integrating project management expertise with data analytics and communication strategies. This hybrid role is vital to the success of EHS programs related to compliance, safety culture, ergonomics, sustainability, and operational excellence. Primary responsibilities include: • Lead EHS project management activities including planning, timeline development, resource coordination, and execution tracking. • Analyze EHS data and trends to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. • Develop dashboards and tools to visualize performance metrics using Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet. • Communicate project updates, risk mitigation strategies, and performance insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. • Support implementation of safety culture initiatives and sustainability programs. • Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking. • Facilitate process improvement workshops and apply lean methodologies to optimize EHS workflows.
