Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial tracking.Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all parties involved.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in construction project management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Working Conditions:Primarily on-site with occasional office work.May require travel to multiple job sites.Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $52.88/hr.
