Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to support various projects and alleviate bandwidth constraints due to increased responsibilities at each stage gate of the project lifecycle. The role involves becoming technically involved at each stage to mitigate risks for current and future projects, headcount planning downstream, and justification and prioritization of projects within a 3-year window.
ResponsibilitiesManage and support projects across different stages of the project lifecycle including capacity, concept, firm, and execution.Provide technical guidance and support for conveyance systems projects.Plan and prioritize projects within a 3-year timeframe, including headcount planning.Become actively involved technically to mitigate risks for current and future projects.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in project management within a technical scope.Experience in project management with understanding of conveyance systems.Experience with Excel is required; Smartsheets experience is preferred.Bachelor's degree required, either technical or non-technical.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with conveyor systems in any industry is essential.Project engineering and coordination skills.Adaptability to ad-hoc work requirements and scopes.Work Environment
The work environment includes managing project scopes ranging from small retrofits to larger, complex retrofits, with some considered brownfield projects. With an estimated 107 total projects/sites. The role requires working 40-50 hours on average, with a 50% travel expectation and potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be near a corporate office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $69.00/hr.
