Kforce has a client in Stamford, CT that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional project efforts from inception through delivery. In this role, you will manage timelines, monitor project status, identify risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Summary:
This role will focus on managing end-to-end projects related to the customer onboarding experience. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced department, you will drive initiatives aimed at improving the customer journey, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation, with a focus on customer commitments and onboarding processes
* Define project scope and schedules; Track milestones and deliverables
* Coordinate across departments to ensure effective execution of onboarding initiatives
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
* Deliver clear, professional communication to project teams, managers, and VP-level business stakeholders
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to leadership
* Lead user acceptance and operational readiness testing efforts to ensure smooth product rollouts
* Maintain organized project documentation using SharePoint, Confluence, and Smartsheet
* Develop process flows and visual documentation in Microsoft Visio
* Collaborate closely with Business Integration leadership to support operational excellence and customer-centric innovation
