Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Project Manager. Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager III to lead critical initiatives within our internal applications portfolio. This role will manage a suite of business-critical tools. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key enhancements, platform standardization, and migrations from on-premise to AWS. Key Responsibilities: * Own end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise internal applications * Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, set expectations, and align timelines * Participate in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning) - this is not a Scrum Master role but requires Agile experience * Coordinate application releases, deployments, and integration testing across teams * Track team capacity, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery * Drive clear and consistent project communication across business and technical teams * Manage project artifacts via Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project * Understand and align projects to the technology framework - including CI/CD pipelines, on-prem to AWS migrations, and platform standardization * Support retrospectives and continuously improve delivery processes * Maintain ownership over portfolio visibility and reporting to leadership
