**Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven **Project Manager** to lead the implementation of project management practices and tools from the ground up. As our Project Manager, you will be instrumental in **defining and owning the full scope of project work** , introducing structured workflows, and **driving daily progress** across multiple teams and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
+ Take ownership of the **entire project lifecycle** , from kickoff through delivery and post-mortem
+ Establish and implement **project management systems, tools, and processes** for a team new to formal project management
+ Manage **daily progress and team execution** across multiple active projects
+ Coordinate across cross-functional teams including communications, marketing, production, media, and analytics.
+ Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers promptly
+ Lead weekly status meetings
+ Communicate progress clearly to leadership through regular updates and reports
+ Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible
+ Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
**Required Skills**
+ Strong understanding of **project management tools**
+ Ability to **build and implement project workflows** from scratch
+ Excellent **organizational and time-management** skills
+ Strong **communication and interpersonal** abilities—capable of working across departments and levels
+ Solid **problem-solving** skills with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative
+ Competency in **resource planning, task prioritization, and deadline management**
+ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
+ Comfort with **change management** and guiding teams through new processes
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
+ Proven track record managing full-cycle projects
+ Demonstrated experience **implementing project management tools**
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
+ Proficiency with project management tools
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
**Nice to Have**
+ PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
+ Experience in automotive or advertising industry
**Additional information**
Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
