Job summary:
Project Manager plays an important role in ensuring timely project delivery. The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery and must work closely with technical resources, sales operation and finance to ensure completion and billing forecast.
Pre-project
Collaborate with Sales and Presales to provide project management man-days and documentation in opportunity proposal activities.
Prepare and present project management work of statement for proposals
Work with Head of Solution and Sales to review skillset readiness to undertake upcoming delivery scope in project pipeline.
Conduct internal project readiness and preparation with Presales and Sales to manage resources, project milestone, project scoping and project success criteria.
During project
Track and manage project schedule within budget and according to completion forecast
Identify risk and managing change request according to priorities and impact.
Ensures timely submission of reports for projects for updates, billing milestone and signoff
Work with Ops team to ensure alignment with completion forecast and document for billing
Identify and manage communication plan with all project stakeholders.
Collect customer satisfaction feedback on delivery quality and identify room for improvement.
Attention to details to project documentation and storing is a must, according to best practise and governance like ISO 27001.
Manage Leverage platform to record project-related in ERP system for project details, timesheet assignment. The project performance tracking (schedule and utilization, delivery skillset improvement, etc) will leverage other tools
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related domain
Either PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
Good command of language and writing for document preparation
- Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of leading the projects and implementation activities, portfolio
Customer project portfolio in segment like FSI, Manufacturing and Multi-countries stakeholder is preferred.
Create and manage project methodology documents and templates for RFP submission and project delivery stage
Exposure and experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Exposure with Cloud and Security project is a plus
