Job Description

The Project Manager will manage multifaceted projects related to our Air Conditioning Systems and work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers. This role entails following the TTM “Time-to-Market” process to release products successfully into the US market. Key responsibilities include understanding deliverables and work packages for various projects, manage project teams to execute project deliverables, and collaborate/align project tasks between project team members.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage multifaceted Projects according to the TTM “Time-to-Market” Project Management ProcessAutonomously be able to understand project requirements and deliverablesIdentify critical path items to ensure measures are put in place to keep the project on track and on targetUpdate stakeholders within the organization on status of the project and escalation itemsIdentify risks in the project and work on proposed solutions with the project teamClearly define project scope and project deliverablesCreate a full project plan including, project budget, resources, scope, timeline, and risksEnsure project is on track and on time according to the project planDefine clear roles and responsibilities of the project teamCoordinate with different divisions to meet project deliverables during product developmentManage the project team to ensure engineering requirements are defined, executed, and verifiedCoordinate and create testing plan with the product development team to ensure features are tested and delegated to respective rolesLead and align technical decisions within project teamCooperate with supplier to meet requirements specified by engineering

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

Certified PMPExperience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in Microsoft ProjectsProactive WorkerFull-cycle project ownership experienceHVAC industry experience
