An award-winning architecture firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Project Manager to their team! Job Description: + Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to bring projects to life + Primary client liaison for multi-family, retail, and/or mixed-use projects + Coordinate design efforts among internal team, could range from 2-8 people + Provide mentorship to junior staff, serving as resources for growth and professional development + Manages project budgets, schedules, and program Qualifications: + Must hold an accredited degree in architecture with 10+ years of experience + Must be a licensed architect or on the path to obtaining a license. + Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit + Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills needed for role responsibilities and to mentor and train junior staff + Experience in multi-family, mixed-use, and retail projects is preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.30 - $55.29/hr.
