Additionally, this role includes managing other global initiatives, such as returns management and go-to-market projects, further contributing to the organization’s operational improvement and business growth. For over the past few years, Logitech's Commercial organization in Europe has designed, developed, and implemented innovative tools to enhance sales efficiency and productivity. In this role you will: + **Platform Development Management** :Drive the creation of new functionalities and capabilities within the “One Stop” Customer Sales planning and management platform that improve Sales and Marketing productivity, directly impacting topline and bottom-line organizational performance. + **Requirement Alignment** :Define, validate, and synchronize high-level priorities for platform features and functionalities with European stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs). + **Global Synchronization** :Coordinate functional priorities across the Global Commercial Organization to ensure end-to-end integration of Customer Sales planning and management workflows. + **Process Optimization** :Harmonize platform functionalities and processes to achieve alignment with global commercial end-to-end systems while minimizing inefficiencies. + **Global Project Execution** :Drive broader global initiatives like returns management workflows and go-to-market projects, ensuring alignment between regional goals and global business strategies. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** :Consult and align with European leadership and global project stakeholders to ensure priorities and milestones are achieved. + **Strategy Implementation** :Define KPIs to measure and monitor project impact while fostering continuous improvements across systems and processes. **Key Qualifications** For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: + Extensive expertise in Marketing, Sales, and Project Management, with demonstrable results + Strong background in sales, marketing, financial planning, and operational process improvement + Certification or proven experience in managing complex projects (Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent) + Deep understanding of business process engineering, management, and harmonization across regions and teams + Familiarity with consumer electronics, FMCG, or other industries with multi-channel/multi-market/multi-category operations + Experience in global-scale projects such as returns management workflows or go-to-market strategies is a significant advantage + Experience managing Retail, Etail, and/or B2B accounts is highly preferred + Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused individual with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities + Ability to work effectively in multi-functional, matrixed organizations + Fluency in English is required \#LI-RD1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
