Job Description An employer is looking for a Project/Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a portfolio of capital technology projects supporting the Application Delivery organization. The Primary focus of the PM role will be overseeing multiple delivery project teams, supporting on schedule and on budget delivery to approved scope. Define controls to effectively manage program activities and delivery expectations and contribute to portfolio budget performance against approved capital plan for all projects associated with Wildfire Mitigation. The PM would be involved in identifying integrations of drone data into Databricks (WF Data fabric). PM would also own creation of mandatory PMO lifecycle stagegating artifacts for the projects. Extensive experience with detailed project accounting (Capital/O&M forecasting and actuals) is required. Expertise with status reporting across multiple cross-functional areas is required (e.g. Presenting to Integration Council, Change Control Board, Architecture Review Board as well as direct leadership reporting). Skills and Requirements - Minimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects, with management of projects up to $10M budget or greater. - Proven experience leading large scale software implementations. - Proven experience leading multiple workstreams for requirements specification, design activities, implementation/coding/configuration, testing and final deployment followed by stabilization. - Proven vendor management experience including RFP process, SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving vendors to meet date and budget commitments. - Proven experience on projects with a large number of impacted users, (i.e., at least 200 users) and overseeing the associated change management. - Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation. - Experienced with Jira and Confluence - Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
