About the Job
Are you looking to grow your project management skills in a supportive and international environment? At Kantar, we deliver high-quality market research solutions, and the Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of qualitative research projects across Europe.
In this role, you will support complex international studies—coordinating daily with internal teams (in German) and external partners (in English). You’ll help prepare project documentation, test questionnaires, manage timelines, and ensure data quality for surveys conducted in up to 10 countries.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both people and processes. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our research projects and help ensure we continue delivering valuable insights to our clients.
Project Preparation:
Taking over specific parts of a large-scale international study conducted across 10 countries.Participating in weekly kick-off meetings to define key project elements such as implementation timelines, handovers, initial documentation, and other project requirements.Project Management:
Daily collaboration with internal departments (in German) to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.Daily communication with external suppliers (in English) to ensure all project requirements and requests are clearly understood and achievable.Preparing and testing programmed questionnaires used for conducting market research in 10 European countries.Checking and validating output data during and after data collection.Supporting project planning and scheduling activities.Managing project documentation, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accurately stored, and accessible.Preparing final reports with research results for the client.Internal Processes:
Participating in internal project design meetings and suggesting improvements when necessary.Performing administrative tasks related to the position, including entering relevant data into the internal information system.Regularly reporting work activities in the internal system.Ideal Skills and Capabilities
Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2).Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.Accuracy and reliability in completing tasks.Experience in market research is an advantage.What We Offer
