Based – Raynesway, Derby.

Hours - 40 (Monday to Friday)

What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL in Raynesway, Derby, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce. In this role, you'll lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate with diverse teams locally and across our Raynesway sites, embracing innovative ways of working to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our clients expectations, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management. What your day-to-day will look like:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for site based projectsLead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within JLLManage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with UK market expectationsIdentify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions tailored to UK regulationsMonitor project progress and performance, making data-driven decisionsConduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for stakeholdersChampion sustainable and technologically advanced solutions in project execution, aligning with UK sustainability goals

Required Qualifications:

Experience in project management within the UK real estate or construction industryStrong knowledge of UK building regulations and project management methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software and MS Office SuitePRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent UK-recognized qualificationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the UK context

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable building practices and BREEAM certificationKnowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology as applied in UK projectsFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesExperience in multi-site projects across different UK regionsAdditional certifications such as APM or RICSUnderstanding of UK property law and planning regulations
