Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be an important member of the Rockwell Logistics CoE Team. You will manage the development process of projects involving departmental or teams, focused on the delivery of our projects. You will plan and direct schedules and monitor project budget/spending. We are looking for Monitoring of the project from Initiation through delivery and organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of the project and within budget constraints. You will have overall project management responsibility, and may also require collaboration and understanding of Manufacturing, Sourcing, Materials, IT & Finance teams, to ensure project needs are met.
You will report to the TRANSPORTATION COE MANAGER, EMEA/AP and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
To identify Main Logistics / Supply Chain projects.Project Planning in developing scope, goals, schedule.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.Co-ordinate & Manage interactions with stake-holders, for agreement & support towards Project execution & goals.Monitor execution from all perspectives including timelines, effectiveness, and escalate risk elements that may have adverse impact.Maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors.Manage partner communication by serving as a primary contact for the projects.The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work ExperienceTravel is not frequent in this role.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Professional Project Management certification, such as PMP certificationFour or more years of Project Management role experience.Understanding of Supply Chain & Transportation Domain.Experience in Project Managing Supply Chain Technology related projects – such as TMS.What We Offer:
