Job Requirements

Project Manager for leading an engineering services program for staffing business related to mechanical, electrical & IT.  An ideal candidate would be with 10+ years’ experience in the Industrial, Off-highway or Automotive industries serving customers in the areas related to engineering services and product solutions.

This individual will get a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, pain areas and needs and be able to arrive at solutions that will be a win-win. Will focus on fulfilling customer staffing requirements and also strive to achieve the internal business goals.Single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and internal leadership team.Will be proactive in preparation and presentation of the business case to internal management for decision-making.Project manage ongoing projects and carve out new business opportunities.Negotiate with customer CFT teams like engineering, purchasing etc., and build a build a lasting relationship. Lead internal CFT teams (sales, Talent acquisition, competency building) and management in the attainment of timely customer fulfillment (staffing to customers) and in turn ensuring revenue and HC growth plans are achieved.Manage multiple projects, create proposals, and support sales team in the account growthMaintain daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as Status reports, Recruitment tracking & feedback reports.Create comprehensive search assignment ensuring a thorough understanding of Job responsibilities, business requirement and talent gaps.Continually strive to enhance customer confidence and relationships. 

Work Experience
Experience in growing engineering services business, customer relationships and business profitable staffing engagement programs.Experience in Project and Program Management in the engineering services.Experience in staffing fulfillment, right from understanding of customer requirements to working through with customer and external stakeholders/CFTs. Demonstrated communication skills in commercials, conflict resolutions.Leadership competencies related to business case management and approval, enabling process implementation and good people management skills.Demonstrated time management, resource organization and prioritization with the ability to multi-task in a timeline-based work environment. Experience managing team sizes of up to 125.
