Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

The candidate must possess substantial experience in overseeing projects, managing personnel, processes, schedules, and customer interactions.The candidate should be proficient in influencing individuals, taking ownership of project commitments, executing tasks profitably, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.Planning, executing, and achieving project objectives within stringent deadlines and budget constraints.Defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the organization's business objectives.Developing detailed project plans and coordinating team members and customers.Communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Estimating the resources and participants required to achieve project goals in the most efficient manner.Planning and scheduling project timelines, managing dependencies, critical paths, and milestones.Monitoring project milestones and deliverables.Establishing processes and deploying tools/workflows to ensure the quality of developed artifacts is of the highest standard.Setting standards, templates, and guidelines within the project scope.Preparing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential risks, and devising mitigation and contingency plans.Managing project-level financial forecasts, deployed headcount, revenue, and billing.Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members.Building and developing business relationships essential to the project's success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, accompanied by an MBA or PMP certification.
