**Job Overview:** The Project Manager is accountable for the financial and technical success of a project or segment of the project. They manage project personnel to achieve project objectives and should consistently promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and success. The Project Manager learns from other leaders and demonstrates values aligned with McDermott’s values. They apply a basic understanding of McDermott’s business to improve project cost-effectiveness, apply change management, and improve project margin. They Develop project execution plans across disciplines and understand the project’s impact on the client’s business objectives. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Ensures that the project is planned, organized, and executed in accordance with the Business Unit expectations + Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes + Builds and maintains a relationship with the customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer + Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team + Organizes and manages the Project team in respect of diversity, equal opportunities, and wellbeing, implementing and cascading Mcdermott core values + Contributes to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets + Ensures timely internal and external reporting + Manages, informs, and leads the project team by setting and monitoring performance targets + Contributes to people development by interfacing with the project department + Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts + Ensures coordination of interfaces + Ensures project execution and financial closeout with appropriate feedback + Develops integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas project Management. + Extensive experience in significant petrochemical, oil, and gas mega projects, especially in fabrication and construction scopes management. + Practical experience in coordinating with Saudi Aramco, and other relevant entities. + Strong background in collaborating with operational facilities, Saudi Aramco Departments, Third Parties. + Engineering degree or equivalent + Previous experience as PM or managing a full scope project + Fluency in English + Excellent understanding of offshore projects, fabrication process, including relevant equipment, operations and services + Functional team leadership and managing critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service + Expert to perform peer reviews, mentor team members + Deep understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry + Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles \#LI-MW2 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
