We are looking for a senior profile with good leadership skills and a proactive approach with a proven experience in relevant positions of minimum five years.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading with vision – Handle end-to-end product development, from concept through production, including planning, design, quality assurance, supplier coordination, and launch readiness. Inspiring teams – Bringing together and leading diverse, cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy, keeping everyone aligned and motivated toward shared goals. Planning and prioritizing – Create structured, thoughtful project plans and communication strategies that support transparency and progress. Navigating challenges – Proactively identify risks and manage them with creativity, adaptability, and resilience. Coordinating resources – Collaborate with internal and external teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure projects stay on track. Communicating clearly – Provide concise and consistent updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring project visibility and shared accountability.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product development project management—ideally involving electronics, software, and mechanics. A background in leading technical teams, including development engineers, supplier quality engineers and operations engineers designing production lines. A Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with gated development processes and Lean-Agile methodologies A proactive solutions-focused approach, with a passion for building strong, collaborative team cultures. Fluency in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
